An update has been released for paint.net 4.01 . The update fixes a list of 10+ minor bugs.
For those of you who are not yet using Version 4+ of Paint.net you should know that it has a whole raft of improvements over version 3.5 however it will only work on Windows 7 SP1 and newer.
