Here is our collection of party bear craft papers. Perfect for making birthday cards or younger children as well as for making other paper craft items. This is a section which we will be adding to over the next few weeks. Eventually it will contain 3 sets o basic papers, 3d decoupage, pyramid papers, digi stamps and more. All of the papers will have the same Party Bear/ Balloon Theme.
