Did you know that there is a great free magazine based around GIMP which is completely free to download in pdf format. Although based around GIMP it does cover general graphics and photo topics. The latest issue (issue 8) is mostly about about night time and low light photography., issue 7 was mostly about Illustration with some fantastic examples.
Anyone who is interested in graphics and/or photography should find this an interesting read whether or not they use GIMP.
